We deliver high quality investments in real estate buildings, mainly apartments and commercial buildings. Our portfolio throughout the country is comprised of over 15 assets and over 500 apartment units.

Red Castle partners with investors to buy great buildings with "good bones" to create strong risk-adjusted returns in areas with long-term upside.

We're different in that we co-invest up to 30% equity in each deal. This investment, what we like to call "Skin in the game" creates a true alignment of incentives between us and our investor partners.
